The hotel had a marvellous position, to find the restaurant.

Truly enjoyed our reasonably large and brand-new rooms, plus the staff was helpful. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was outstanding. Booked the hotel for its amazing and incredible location short walk to mall, safe or secure, and family rooms and Mbobela Stadium and Shopping Mall. Furthermore, near to everything.

Bathroom was big and the room was well-equipped. The staff was really helpful and very helpful and responsive to requests. The location was perfect for walking around a contemporary mall.

Great location next to a shopping mall. Good buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Swimming pool is excellent. Spacious rooms with fridge and small kitchen. Late check-out granted for marathon.

The best thing with the hotell was the good service from the staff. The hotell had a good atmosphere even though it has high security.

We had to change the room since the air-condition was not working in the room but that was made quick without no complains from the staff. An improvement is to check the air-condition equipment before alloocating the guest to the room.

The rooms at Mercure Hotel Nelspruit in Mbombela are very clean and come with a heating system, a safe, and a work desk. The cherry on top is the free Wi-Fi. This hotel offers great value for money compared to other hotels in Mbombela.

I loved the spacious room with a fridge, stove top, wash-up basin, microwave and tea / coffee station - all you need if you are staying a few days. Great value for money and directly opposite the Ilanga Mall.

The rooms are starting to look a little worn. I found that the breakfast buffet is pricey (like most hotels) - R120 for the buffet per person when you can go for a great wimpy breakfast at the mall for about R40.

The unit I was in 671 was spacious, well planned and appealing

The waterpressure of the shower was very weak.

My room was both brand-new and neat with 1 spray and carpets or tiles and Wi-Fi. The location was practical and convenient as for me.

Everything was good, greatly enjoyed our comfortable stay. Booked a room with carpets or tiles. So many space and a kettle were appreciated. The location was great for exploring this good area, just off a malls, shops and several restuarants, and the Mbombela Stadium. Also, it was only 5 minutes' walk from a contemporary mall.

The room was quiet, provided us in good condition, it was a wonderful stay all in all. The location of the hotel was particularly good and great - just a short stroll away from a contemporary mall.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to a mall and other places of interest. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Although the room was small, it was well equipped with a kitchenette that came in handy. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient stay.

Clean, well equipped room, very spacious. Delighted to see kettle and fridge!!!! Grand entrance hall. Lovely set up with pool. Shopping centre across the road. Comfortable sleep. Brilliant bathroom.

Being woken up at 6:30 am by reception when not asked for early morning wake up call!! Extra costs added to Internet price that we were not made aware of until paying the bill. Was going to stay at the Bedford View hotel the next night but prices too high and hotel said it would be cheaper to book online...however we would have to pay to use the internet!!!!!! Shame.
